Scott brings over 25 years experience in real estate finance, debt workout, property management and investment. Prior to founding Titan Capital Investment Group, LLC, an asset acquisition and management company handling commercial real estate loans and properties for a private equity fund, Scott was a principal of Real Property Consultants, Inc. (RPC) a management consulting firm which managed and resolved over $2 billion of non-performing commercials loans, real estate, operating subsidiaries and joint venture interests for assets held by the RTC and FDIC. Scott also developed the asset valuation models utilized by RPC for its portfolio valuation assignments as a loan sale advisor for private clients. RPC was successful in marketing and selling over $200 million in commercial loans and real estate. Prior to Real Property Consultants, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer of a real estate syndication company and was a principal investor in a group which acquired, rehabilitated and sold over 3 million square feet of retail space. Scott began his career in public accounting which included the international firm of Grant Thornton where he represented real estate and banking clients.
