Linda C. Meldrum
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance of Context Capital Partners, Ms. Meldrum oversees the accounting and tax reporting function for Context Capital Partners and its affiliated entities, as well as the Fund Administration for the Context BH Equity Funds.
Ms. Meldrum began her career in 1995 at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where she spent over four years combined in the Commercial Audit Group and Enterprise Tax Group. Beginning in 1999, Ms. Meldrum was responsible for running the family office of one of the founders of Independence Capital Partners (ICP) where she was responsible for the coordination of all aspects of accounting and tax planning and preparation for the family. ICP is based in Philadelphia, PA and is a family of leading private equity funds with over $7 billion under management. As a result of her close contact with ICP, Ms. Meldrum gained an in-depth working knowledge of private equity funds. Ms. Meldrum holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting with Highest Honors from The Pennsylvania State University.
