A founding partner of Titan Capital Investment Group, LLC, John has over 20 years experience in real estate underwriting and asset management, finance, and law. Prior to Titan Capital John was the Director of Asset Management for Real Property Consultants, Inc. (RPC) and a member of its Investment Committee. At RPC John oversaw the management and resolution of over $1 billion of commercial mortgages, real estate and joint venture partnerships. Prior to RPC John worked directly with the FDIC and then the RTC where he managed over $975 million of commercial real estate mortgage loans, real estate properties and mortgage-backed securities. As an attorney for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, John was part of the firm's Business and Finance Group and was actively involved in various private and public company bankruptcy restructurings. John also served as a Senior Vice President with a private firm in Philadelphia where he was engaged by financial institutions to analyze and restructure loans to closely-held businesses. John was also a consultant for the workout of a $101 million commercial loan portfolio for GMAC Commercial Mortgage (now Capmark Financial), one of the largest and highest rated asset management firms in the U.S. Mr. Giangiulio earned his B.S. in Commerce and Engineering as well as an M.B.A. from Drexel University. He received his J.D. from the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Giangiulio is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
