Camille Andrews brings more than 20 years of experience as a successful commercial litigator, law professor, and law school dean to her role with Context Capital Partners. Additionally, Ms. Andrews has vast experience in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, securities, corporate counseling, derivative shareholder litigation, and trademark and trade secret law.

Ms. Andrews was most recently both a litigation partner with the Philadelphia-based firm of Dilworth Paxson, LLP, and an Associate Dean and Faculty member at Rutgers Law School. At Rutgers, she taught Professional Responsibility (Ethics), Complex Litigation, Antitrust, Evidence,and Federal Practice. In addition to her teaching duties, Ms. Andrews also oversaw Enrollment and ICLE outreach courses to the bar. In her capacity as Dean, she served as a member of the Judicial Clerkship Committee, Academic Petitions Committee, and faculty advisor to the Law Journal. Her value to the nation’s seventh largest university and third oldest institution of higher learning was recognized with multiple awards, including the Rutgers University President’s Excellence in Service Award (2005) and the New Jersey Distinguished Service Award for Excellence in Continuing Legal Education (1999).

Ms. Andrews is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Supreme Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania & District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third & Second Circuits. She is a member of several charitable boards, including Walnut Street Theatre, ACYO Foundation and New Jersey Child Cares. Ms. Andrews is married to Congressman Rob Andrews, and they have two daughters, Jackie, 14 and Josie, 12. The Andrews family lives in Haddon Heights, NJ.
