As a founding partner of Titan Capital Investment Group, LLC, Bill brings over 30 years experience as a real estate developer, appraiser, bank consultant and recognized expert in the resolution of troubled commercial debt. As a principal and founder of Real Property Consultants, Inc. (RPC), one of the first asset management companies consulting to the RTC and later the FDIC, Bill managed a team of over 30 senior asset managers and resolved more than $2 billion of assets consisting of non-performing commercials loans, real estate owned, operating subsidiaries and joint venture interests in real estate development. As a loan sale advisor to private clients, he was an integral part in the successful marketing and sale of over $200 million in troubled debt. Drawing on his experience as a real estate developer and appraiser, Bill has also consulted to banks, pension funds, insurance companies and real estate developers regarding loan portfolios, debt restructuring, site selection, feasibility studies, condominium conversion and land use issues.
