Jocelyn L. Cassidy
Director of Fund Administration
As Director of Fund Administration for Context Capital Partners, Ms. Cassidy is responsible for the accounting and quarterly reporting to the investors for the Context BH Equity Funds. Ms. Cassidy began her career in 1998 at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where she spent over two years in the Corporate Tax Group. In November of 2000, Ms. Cassidy moved to VerticalNet, LLC, where she was responsible for the preparation of all federal and state corporate tax returns, as well as quarterly tax accruals for financial reporting purposes. In September of 2001, Ms. Cassidy joined the family office of one of the founders of Independence Capital Partners (ICP), where she was responsible for accounting for the family’s investments, maintaining relationships with operating partners, as well as the daily operations of the family office. ICP is based in Philadelphia, PA and is a family of leading private equity funds. Ms. Cassidy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting, which was earned with Honors from Duquesne University.
